In order to have your credits, Jackmail check constantly your rights with our license platform.
Sometimes, your server and our license platform doesn’t connect correctly to each other and Jackmail can’t check your credits and display an error.
The error can be seen this way:
- No credits information displayed at the checklist :
- No credits information displayed in Settings:
- A notification asking you to login again
Fixing it :
To solve this situation, head to Settings, and click on “Show server informations“. In the table, click on “Renew” in front of “Token“. A popin will ask you to log again.
